i quit my job. i got a new one. and surrounded myself with people who treated their bodies with self respect. the new job meant i had new hours and different eating habits. i didnt think i really had any weight to lose, but i lost 12kg in 3months and slowly put weight back on in muscle. i ran everyday, i ate well…. relatively. i wasnt perfect, but i have habits that will be maintained. and i stopped drinking so much, i only drink once a week now. and i drink ALOT of water. thought i was confident and loved my body before, but now no one can pull me down!

in six months i have paid of my car, maintained paying board and phone bills, had a social life… kinda :P and saved 8000 towards my round the world trip. that i leave to go on in two weeks. i mastered the art of not spending, but still having just as much fun. i admit i wasted money occassionally still, when you feel emotional a big night on the town seems essential and nothing else matters. but i worked hard enough that it didnt matter if i did that occassionally.
i needa scream, so incredibly badly. there is one hell of alot of frustration here right now. the sort of frustration that is not healthy and come from the miscommunication of people who dont say how they feel. they say half sentences, tell you half truths, then reserve the right ot get shitty when things dont work out. for gods sake im not a freakin mind reader.
i cant write about this now.
i needa cool off.
im trying to stay motivated to actually stay friends with MJ. problem is, its not me who is fucking up right now. if she said something and stood by that emotion maybe i would know how to act. you cantg keep changing your mind hun. i cant keep up.
