Making my own soup 17 months ago

I used to think that making soup was some mysterious thing untill I started watching The Urban Peasant On TV.Now it is a matter of just throwing whatever ingredients you like into a pot with some liquid and you are off to the races. Of course If you are using homemade stock there is another step involved but that is not difficult either. I enjoy making my own soup thanks to James Barber ( The Urban Peasent)
