hi some people began shifting later than others i have talked to my pack most everyone though begins this way…
first you usualy start to act wolflike yelping when scared and growling, eventualy you start to become more and more you get mad and want to bite something you love to run and eventualy you will shift but in the first stages you must consintrait on shifting also so you know your first shift well, im not going to spoil that for you youl love it i mean LOVE IT anyhow it takes up a lot of energy to shift so you will proboly shift at night in your sleep or in moonlight somehow the moon does help.you will propbly be half asleep the first ten to fifteen times not your first though , you may wake up in your bed and find your wolf hair or not it depends what seson. also after you start to shift my advice is try to shift as much as you can though you may only be able to shift around full moons if you do try to shift awake you will have to use all of your energy stretching out and most likly howling i think it may hurt a bit but as soon as you begin to shift all you feel is a soothing tingaling sensation all over you will still be using all your strengh and energy but you wont hurt you might hear sounds like velcrow ripping that is you and your feet or hands will probly shift first. i did this in moonlight my feet shifted but then i ran out of energy and it was on a full moon and i had to have to moon on me. Also i prayed a lot, oh and your ears will be last to shift back so if you wake up in the morning and your ears are still shifting back thats normal, anyhow as you get more advanced it gets better im still learning how to shift but it takes less energy and you can controll yoiur wolf insticts but you will still have to use them also belly akes later after shifting and for beginers acking all over like waking up your whole body acing in the morning has happend with some other people youl use less energy in a year or so. But just so you know practice and let that wolf out as much as you can also you might be running in human form and see at night but if you are running in human form at night and fall down you might keep going on four untill you can get back up on two anyhow youl have fun it all happens naturaly also one more thing before i leave i would suggest knowing the indain symbols about animals and praying a lot it truly help
