I made those last night. I was making the corn bread in the oven at 275. Duh! I cannot believe I did that. I don’t know what makes me think that 275 is 375. But they turned out well. Thank god!

I love traveling. Since US is so big, I’m gonna be traveling here for a while. Only California, Washington and Nevada, so far.

I haven’t try anything new for the past few weeks because I have been so busy with my finals.

My spring semester is finally over and I cooked 2 new dishes today. I did Chicken Pot Pie and Maple Apple Crumble. They turned out great! My boyfriend can’t stop eating the chicken pot pie. Mmm….yummers!

I love it! I am glad it turned out well.

South Island is just so beautiful and scenic! Backpacking in anzee was one of my most wonderful, exciting and memorable experience. It’s just so awesome there. I wanna visit Italy and Greece. I’m saving my money and I hope I get to do Italy this year because my dad and his family are there so it’s free acommodation.
