O.k. I’ll start with the really really bad part; I will be 32 this year. I guess I wont feel too bad about it because I know that there are others out there older than me even people I know, and because you dont know my real name(LOL. I have tried before, when I was 20 I wanted it before 21 so I got my permit, took lessons but quit when I didn’t feel like I was getting any better, and was wasting valuable time and money. My parents were both without a license for most of my life and I think that contributed to my not having a real passion for it. I have been taking lessons again for the past couple months and went to take my test today and I FAAIILLLED!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I failed on the parking which I can do like putting on socks. I was ready to just give up even up until I logged in on here but guess what Im not. I guess that’s a good thing. We’ll see next time. I;m gonna take a break from this for a while so I can go onto the DMV website to reschedule.

How I did it: I went through a driving instructor and did well on most of my lessons. But I noticed that on days I wasn't feeling my best I didn't get the most out of it. You have to be focused on what you are doing but not so much that you make too big a deal of it and aren't relaxed because then you're nervous and mess up. Read how I did it…
I always say that everyone should have to work in retail and work in a restaurant at some time in their life. I was a waitress for almost 3 years and that job really teaches you something about how to deal with other people. Working for just $2.50 an hour and being gratious because you are depending on “gratuities” from your customers no matter how rude, offensive, overly friendly or demanding they are for your livelihood gives you a good lesson in tolerance and interpersonal relationships. DO IT, I recommend it to all. Its different than some other places because each person involved is dependent on each other to a certain level.
I said I would start with one small thing to get me started, take the pressure off of one big job but instead of doing what I said, I ended up doing the dishes, cleaning the stove, the microwave, the counter tops, the bathtub, and mopping the bathroom floor; but I still haven’t cleaned off the credenza…
