Well, I gave it a valiant attempt today, but it would’ve helped to stay on the correct trail… my friend (the one in the pic) and I somehow went off on the wrong trail and ended up going straight up hill… it was NOT pleasant… we ended up turning around and leaving Mt. Charleston to be conquered another day. We still ended up doing a 7 hour hike, and in my opinion worked just as hard if not harder than the actual North Peak Trail… we were on a VERY steep incline and it was killing our legs… next time the mountain won’t win!
I proposed to my high school sweetheart and girlfriend of 5 years on the beach of Montezuma in Costa Rica. The whole process was as exciting as the proposal itself… finding the ring and planning the event. Got her a 1.5 carat princess cut diamond solitaire… I don’t think she could’ve been any happier… now we must plan the wedding!
