I don’t know what my ‘zymurgy closet’ looks like but I still have most of the equipment. I started off with bare essentials and then bought a cool new gadget each go around. The best thing after you’ve made a satisfying batch is bottling it and taking it to a gathering of family or friends to unleash it. Only the very best I tend to share cause I dig the compliments :)

How I did it: Went to the themonastery-dot-org and correctly filled out my name and address. At that point I got my printout, which looks ugly - so you need to shop for ministry stuff, and guess what? They have a shop right there on the site! I only needed to get my credential certificate and wallet card so I shelled out $20 for those optionals plus shipping. My certificate came in just a couple days (still waiting for the wallet card… Read how I did it…
I did finish http://crazyawesomeinternettertype.com but my semi serious site (unmentioned) has languished with a half done Google Mashup and US weather map. I’m doomed to lose my PHP chops if I don’t put them to use.
I lived in Germany for a year once, but that was so long ago. Perhaps it’s time to start a savings toward that.
