I am doing it!!!

I started on the 8th of January and I haven’t stopped!

Yes today is my 63 day in a row!! I have lost about 15 lbs and I am running for 45 minutes without stopping!! I have not felt this good in years! I must admit there are the days that I want to stop and start taking trim spa but I am keeping away from it and working each and every day for bigger changes!

Going well...

Okay so the last few days I did not get my run in until 11:00pm, I kept putting it off all day and then at the 11:00 hour I thought “if you don’t get it in now, then you will have to start your count over” and boom I am up and at em! So today will be day number 10 in a row, it is a start. And let me say in those 10 days I feel so much better, now to start losing the LBS!

tough day

So I ran 6th day in a row. I feel good, but I really tired today. Usually after a run I feel rejuvinated but I am pooped! And the bummer is I have to clean the house and orginize for a wine party tomorrow afternoon. I am sure I will get motivated, I actually thought if I sat down and wrote about it for a while I could smile and get moving! It has to get done correct! I am sure the reason the run was tough today was, I had a ton of wheat today. I am attempting to stay away from the stuff. I read the book eat right for your blood type and really connected with it. I think it explains why our bodies function they way the do, best. I am forever telling my kids food is fuel for your engine, well if you are using the wrong fuel, you are going to slow your engine. Well up and at em!
