I accidentally removed my original goal to weigh 125 pounds and lost my entries…It took me about 2 years but I got down to under 125 and stayed there for more than a month, so I’m calling it a goal that’s been reached. Yay me!

Tonight I start an adult ed beginner French class in my town. I’m not sure how intensive this will be, but the description for the course is to “Learn French from a Parisian!” I’m excited. I hope it’s not a total bust!
It's a start...

I don’t want to buy any fabric for these quilts because I have a huge stash that I’ve been lugging from place to place for years. I started sorting and I’ve picked out a red and blue jungle with cartoony gorillas and giraffes peeking out, and some red, yellow and blue fabric for backing. Still need to find a few other pieces to complete the front. I want to design and cut during this week and hopefully sew next weekend—the end of the month is nigh!
