I was listening to Robin Sharma yesterday, and he said that we need to be in peak physical condition – there’s simply no room for movement on this. And I had to agree that he was right. I am so much on top of all my other goals – my life is absolutely headed in the direction I want it to be going…except for my weight.
I need to get serious about it. I just can’t afford to move up another waist size!

How I did it: Stuck to the discipline of writing for a set period of time every day Had a basic template of how many pages/how many words each chapter should be Kept copious notes while I was travelling Wasn't afraid to experiment, throw in different things Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just turned up to everything, used the library more than the internet and handed my work in on time.I really made an effort to go to EVERY lecture and always sat in a front row - that was worth 15% higher marks right there! Read how I did it…
I have promised myself I will begin in earnest in April. I have to hand in the manuscript at the end of June, so I have plenty of time. I just have to get motivated.
Back at Uni this week – I can’t believe it’s the final semester of my undergrad degree! Of course, I’m staying on next year to do my Honours, but there’s already a real sense of achievement – for the first time in my life I’ve seen something major through to completion. This is doing wonders for my self esteem!
