Why? 16 months ago

Because one good thing filters through and alters so many other aspects of one’s life and as far as getting the old bod back into shape goes, this one is a biggy!

So far so good..... 16 months ago

It’s now Wednesday – day 3. On day 1 did gymn with roid and day 2 swam on tod(30 lenghts). Today is looking like riding with Roid, so should easily get 3 days on trot. Also not aching today, which is nice!

2.Clean car
3.Sort out work paperwork
4.Mend bike puncture -done
5.Get records from garage
6.Take records to Rita
7.Sort out and complete laundry
8.Wash and redo bed linen
9.Finish “Ferney”
10.Complete and send of application form
11.Get together Time sheet and MOT and insurance cert
12.sort out sponsor form and money
13. Hand in above 2 to office
14.Sort out and file pad notes
15.Clean up fag buts from garden -done sunday
16.Write out new plot idea and file
17.Sort out bag of stuff in car
18. Post woolly hat through Howard’s door
19.Go and see Ian -done monday
20.Meet up with Pete
21.Go to gymn with Roid
22.Either do 20+ cycle ride or with Roid & Froid

Whoops! Have done 47 rather than 43. Never mind. OK, the challenge here is to see to at least 43 of these things before next Sunday. Yes, the deadline is Sunday 10th of August. Can I do it?
