Weight Problems 3 years ago

I’ve been complaining about my weight for as long as i can remember and everytime i get inspired to work out i do it for that day and then i give up. I managed to gain 30 pounds in the past year and half and I know this is very unhealthy, this is actually the biggest i’ve ever been and it scares me. I feel that i already have health problems and im only 21! I want to lose wieght but often i get discouraged because every time i go to the gym i feel self-conscious. Everyone in there already seems fit!
I’ve decided that im going to try to exercise more after my summer classes are over, so in 2 weeks hopefully i’ll be able to shed some of these pounds because im seriously sick of complaining about this and im sure all my friends and family are sick of me complaining about this and not doing anything about it. Hopefully i can stick to this plan, i just need to think it’s going to be better for me in the long run.
