How I did it: See my other goal (completed) of running 30 minutes without stopping. So far I can do 5km in about 26 minutes, but I am trying to improve on that. I only started 2 months ago. Read how I did it…

I’m donating lots of items, giving CDs and books to the local library, and selling things on Kijiji. I still for some reason am hanging on to my notes from University – 15 years ago. Weird.
I started jogging a couple of months ago, to try and get in shape and keep the weight off that I recently lost. The first couple of times I went jogging, I tasted blood from breathing so hard. Yuck.
The last few weeks I have been jogging 3km in about 20 minutes. Tonight I did 4.8 km in 30 minutes. I am very excited about that. I just signed up to do a 5km run in another month. I hope to improve my time by then. A great site to track your distance is http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/
