Smoking weed hardcore for the last 7 years, it’s stopping me from doing the things I want to do. Ran out of the stuff yesterday, so today is day 1. Wish me luck, I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself but that’s part of the adventure!

Buy a big sketchbook and use it

For daily notes, doodles, fun times, etc.
But most importantly, brainstorming. Spend at least 15 minutes a day trying to come up with something to do with your time, something with a tangible creative output. It’s brainstorming so not everything will be great, but if you spend 15 minutes a day churning out ideas, eventually something will trigger. Very important!
Kill boredom by socializing!
