ive been falling asleep at 5AM and it sucks. it takes me like 3 hours just to fall asleep. During the school year i usually fallasleep at like 2-3 but thats still pretty bad. I’ve had this problem since I was a baby DX so it sucks. and the only thing that helps is nyquil which uh, isnt good to rely on. and the taste is…indescribable.

I used to weight 165-170 at 5’4 which is really bad…and I finally got down to 135, so 125 from my Long term goal weight..I’m so happy, I never thought I would get this far :)
ALSO-I would NOT have been able to do it with out this site and the calculators
