Seems simple enough, but if I had to list it, I clearly challenged here. When I’m thirsty, not that hard. Not thirsty often enough to bother drinking as much as I should. Many days go by where I don’t drink any straight water. Sometimes I’ll have a glass at the end of the day because I become aware that I haven’t had any all day. Pretty sad, but here I go.

I have the worst memory in the history of the earth. I’m not convinced I can improve when it comes to remembering life events, but there is probably something I can do about work related memory requirements.
i live in the frozen north and have a hate on for the cold. Two choices: ride outside anyway, or buy a trainer and ride inside. With 3 small rugrats around, a distinct adversity towards any activity before work in the morning, and perpetual darkness after work, I choose the latter. I weigh 255 lbs at 5’7”, have not had regular activity in several years. I will not likely be mountain biking again anytime soon, but I have purchased an Electra Straight8 and would like to spend much more time tooling around the neighborhood with and without the kids this summer. It’s a start.
