Now certainly there are your large scale revolutions, but more immediate and far more likely to be able to achieve are personal revolutions – what you really can do right now and on your own. My own revolution was the most rewarding thing that I ever did…I recommend one to anyone who is unhappy with their life and wants a new start at any age.

Because of goal #1 (lose 100 lbs), I’ve replaced all my sodas and other caloric beverages with the diet variety…then I heard how bad aspartame is, which wouldn’t be a big deal except I am consuming mass quantities of diet soda with it (Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper, Diet Pepsi Lime – about 6 a day in combination) – I wish I had known earlier, I thought i was doing something immensely good for myself. So my plan is to drink less of these and more of Diet Rite (has sucralose, aspartame free)...going to be hard, I’ve been addicted to the DCVDP for a while now, and just became addicted to the Lime.
Ok, silky smooth legs were rad, especially wearing jeans or against sheets. ...Being made fun of for being a guy and having silky smooth legs? Not rad. Plus the whole shaving every day thing is a huge pain in the ass. I think I’ll just stay furry.
