How I did it
How I did it: I had to do it! My son sleeps and wakes up early. In order to keep up with his energy in the morning I had to adapt. Also, six months ago I started exercising in the morning, before work. I noticed that it did help me sleep earlier and better. Read how I did it…

two weeks ago we found out my 5-year-old has high levels of cholesterol. I didn’t expect it because he likes eating healthy stuff. On the other hand, he eats enormous amounts of food if we let him (and he’ll go for seconds and thirds), and we order not-so-healthy food on weekends.
I’ve been cooking more and controlling the family diet, and enrolled him in soccer practice. This requires a lifestyle change for us as a family.
