How I did it: I heard about Ebertfest through my university's newspaper, and then found out that it was close enough to campus to get to by bus. Every year they are in need of volunteers, so I signed up, went to an orientation, and worked as both a ticket taker and an usher. The next year, the festival grew in popularity, and I signed up to be an intern for the program. The internship was a glorified title for doing the same volunteer work that I had d… Read how I did it…
How I did it: First, I started by going to the AT&T store, where they told me it was too late to buy insurance on the phone (I'd had it for 6 weeks and I guess you can only buy insurance during the first 4?), so they had me buy Apple Care. I went home to register the Apple Care, then went to the Apple store. The guy at the Genius bar said that AT&T had been telling customers different stories about how much it would be to get a new phone, but t… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I bought a plain piece of cardstock, wrote the address on one side and my secret on the other. The most important part of PostSecret is that they aren't ordinary post cards with stuff like Yellowstone or Times Square on them, they're artwork sent in by anonymous people. So, take some time and think about how you can best express yourself and your secret. Read how I did it…

I just mailed 24 yogurt lids. My local grocery stores seem to have the pink lids yogurts pretty easily, so there’s no reason not do to it! Also, if you think about it, you pay about 60 cents for a yogurt (depending where you go) and they’re willing to give 10 cents of it to charity??? Why not? I asked a lot of my relatives to collect them too, so hopefully we’ll turn a lot in!
I am no closer to learning the Thriller dance, but I DID learn another group dance. Over the summer I was a camp counselor for 2nd and 3rd graders, and while we were at a “Day in the Park” the DJ played “The Cupid Shuffle.” It’s similar to the “Cha Cha Slide” in that it tells you how to do the dance as part of the song. The dance was easy enough for my kids to learn, and we were able to do it in a big group of about 70 kids. They had a blast!
