Well, I’m back here to update. It’s been a good little bit. So sorry. lol I’ve been in FL and doing school like crazy. So basically right now I’ve lost like two pounds… I’ve been struggling.. BUT I’ve also realized no matter where we are were going to struggle. Whether it’s trying to gain wait because you starve yourself, or losing the weight. So I’m basically taking it one day at a time. I’m so much more happy then when I first started. I still want to get down and lose the weight… but I also wanted to be happy. I’m almost there!

Oh my freakin gosh! This is hard. ugh! But I have to lose before this wedding! Ugh….I can do it. :( Yeah, I’m not very good at motivating myself. aha…whatever.
So here’s my day so far.
Breakfast – Bowl of oatmeal and fruit.
Lunch – Turkey Salad and water. AND three chips. (haha)
Snack – Hot tea and grapes.
Exercise:
30 min. of yoga/platies
25 min. of jogging/walking.
I’ve had a pretty good day. So I don’t know why I’m freaking out about failing my diet/new lifestyle. For some reason I feel like I will never lose weight. I guess I just have to keep it up and see what happens with time. I mean.. does my day sound ok? Will I lose weight from it? This is what I’m planning on doing everyday for this month. Any advice on my day? Changes?
