I stopped eating meat this Monday, and I have been eating pure fruits. I didn’t go into it saying, “I’m going to be a vegetarian.” (You know for the street cred.) I went into it because I saw the news about the beef recall and found it sad, so I pledged not to eat meat. I’ve stuck with it, unlike those other times where I went into it for the “street cred”. Also, on the plus side, I’ve haven’t eaten meat for 3 days and I’ve already lost 2 pounds!
Also, I’ve been eating fruit, yogurts, walnuts and flax seeds for breakfast. It makes a really good parfait. I’ve also switched to soy milk, and I drink cranberry juice and water. Also, I’ve been eating Sun Chips (a serving in a sitting). It’s working out! The unexpected results of losing two pounds are also very motivating.
