I need to stop this 7 months ago

I always have like 2 or 3 servings at meals

I’ve got to stop that, I’m only making it worse for my other goals

Relapse again-- Damn 7 months ago

I relapsed again. Had a few sips of soda with dinner.

But no more! I will continue this fight!



walk 3 miles a day
I'm gonna need the motivation but... 7 months ago

I want to be able to walk 3 miles a day and not be all lightheaded and woozy and tired.

I want to get fit.

Hopefully this can help me with my other goals.
