Started at Virginia State University back in August. I have enjoyed every second of being back in school. I also love the intelligent, mind sparking conversations I get to have about subjects that lots of people are bored to tears by. So what, I love History…shut up and listen to what I just learned about Virginia colonists! Haha

How I did it: I went to the store. I got the nerve to purchase the fruit. I took it home...contemplated peeling it...and then I did it. I peeled the fruit. Then...I seperated all the pieces and tossed it into my mouth. Easy as pie. Read how I did it…
I have always hated exercise. Even in middle school I would cheat on jogging around the track by adding a lap on to whatever I really did. Yikes, I know…how petty.
Now at the age of 27, I recently decided that I hated the fact that I couldn’t jog for longer than 3 minutes on a treadmill without feeling like my feet were going to fall off and my lungs explode in my chest.
I’ll tell you what you need it for…figuring out how much flour goes into a recipe that you’ve halved or quadrupled, learning how far 100 yards of swimming is (because it sounds like a lot!), getting your bills in order, finding out what 30% off of $20 shirt is, and just plain ole existing on the planet and being useful.
I had one math teacher in college that was fantastic and worked with me on Algebra (my arch nemesis)and I actually did well and was tickled pink to work on math homework. Highschool was like driving cattle. You’re in…you’re out and who cares if you didn’t learn anything.
