Yay! I paid off 2 department store cards that are 23% and 24% interest each today!! They won’t be making any more money off me, NO SIR! :)

I didn't even trip at graduation! 2 years ago

Mine was the 16th!! After 5 and 1/2 difficult years, I am FINALLY done!! It’s the most amazing feeling of accomplishment! Phew!!

Join the Peace Corps

I decided to give up on the Peace Corp idea because I looked on their website and there were surprisingly numerous incidents of women getting assaulted at their assigned locations in their statistics. The combined factors of isolation, solitude, and the risk of hostile natives just seems like too high of a risk.I’ve decided a better and safer option for me will be to just volunteer sometime through another organization… one that will provide groups of volunteers instead or something. I want to help people, but not at the risk of sacrificing my own safety.
