only been a few weeks now and i can see a difference, i have already lost weight and gained muscle, supprising how quick the change takes place if you keep at it, what i tend to do is work out in the evening then eat somthing high in protean (tunas good) so when i sleep the protean can do its work repairing the muscle tissue, my system is working :)
