How I did it: My room was cluttered with a lot of junk. It was a storage bin for other people's crap and my own. I gave it a good cleaning and then called in some family to help me throw out the things I didn't need. We sorted three different piles: Goodwill, to-be-burned, and needs organization. ... you can’t eat right. So tomorrow I’m renewing my committment to a healthier, fitter me. And just in time too, my college’s homecoming is next Saturday and I want to come back as an alumna who’s confident in her own skin, and not as one who’s worried everyone will notice how much weight she gained since graduation.
