Always had mixed feelings about this.
On the one hand it can be a collosal waste of time. On the other its a great way to make music less lonely, fun and even profitable. :-)

Looks like I’m just gonna have to live without this for the next few years.
I think I eventually decided just one thing per day is not enough. Basically I walk more, sleep more, moisturise more, revise my diet and have put together a list of vitamins and supplements suitable for me. I do all of this each and every day. That’s Phase One. :-D
