Yesterday was pretty uneventful. I followed the diet and drank lots of water. No issues, no positives, no negatives. It was only at 5 am today that I started to feel ill. My abdomen bloated, and I’ve been in constant discomfort ever since. Sometimes things have to get worse before they turn for the better I suppose. If this continues tomorrow I’m going to have to alter my planned diet. I’m probably missing just one little ingredient, I just have to figure out what it is.

The first day of any resolution is always the easiest. It gives this false sense of accomplishment. Hopefully once completed, I can look back on this as a fulfilling journey. So far so good.

No dairy, no meat, no caffeine, no fizzy drinks, no alcohol, no refined sugars, sucrose, dextrose, corn syrup, brown sugar, artificial sweeteners, no gluten.
