How I did it: At first I tried making really strict guidelines for what I should be doing, and for how long. Needless to say, that flopped. What finally worked was writing in a notebook every once in awhile: the things I wanted, how I was going to try to get them, what I was doing. Basically, I was using the notebook to hold myself accountable for what I wanted. If I wasn't doing something to get the where I wanted to be, the notebook guilt-tripped me … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I saved a few words for each day in a notepad document, then posted entries on each day when I had time. After a few weeks, I started running out of the everyday things that made me happy. Not wanting to repeat the same things over and over again for a year, I started looking for little things to make me happy. Basically, you slowly turn yourself into an optimist. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was a little bit friendlier than I was before and it just kind of happened on its own. It took me longer to realize I'd finished this goal than it did to actually do it Read how I did it…

I’d say this one is done. All it really took was a mini-notebook, something to hold myself accountable for the things I want and do. Initially I wrote in it everyday, but once I got going, I only needed to do it like once a week, which I’m still doing. This goal is making a huge difference :]
