I had another band fill on Monday and now I really can’t each much. It feels great! I’m only eating 60-800 calories per day but I’m not hungry. What an amazing feeling. And I’ve lost a few pounds already. That’s what I needed!

Gained a pound

After having Lap Band surgery in November, I was expected to lose somewhere between 7 and 10 pounds a month. Well, I haven’t. I lost 14 pounds in the week after surgery, then gained a pound in the following month, then lost 4, then gained. Yikes. So, I had my band tightened on Monday—I so hope this helps. Can’t each much at a time now. Good. That’s the point.

Gave in to his tastes

For 15 years I’ve been living with a decorating style that bores me—because it’s what my husband likes. Now I want to find ways to incorporate MY style into OUR house! I’ve started with 1 comfy chair and an area rug!!! On the way to making this feel more like my home!
