I’ve been trying out one or two new recipes a week. So far it’s been going pretty well, except the mishap I had when I mistakenly bought FAKE mozzarella for my pizzas and it didn’t melt.
I suppose that now it’s merely a matter of time. Next week I tackle Indian food.
