Ok. I weighed today. I’m at 128.5 lbs. I’m very excited to be in the 120’s. I know I’ll soon be at 125 lbs. Once I’m at 125 lbs. I’ve only got 10 lbs. to go and 10 lbs. is SO doable! :)

I started at about 140 – 145 lbs. By the time I reach my goal, I’ll have shed 25 – 30 lbs., which is quite significant! I’m very proud to have come this far. Losing weight isn’t easy, but if you put your mind to it and stay determined and dedicated, you can do it! Be not discouraged! Always be encouraged!

I’ve been working on this one for 2 months now. I started at about 140 lbs. and now I’m under 130 lbs. I feel like I’m making pretty great progress. I’m almost half way to my goal. I expect to reach my goal by May 2009.
