I always wanted to say, while I’m at work or a considerably boring gathering, that I’m going to go out for a cigarette (even though I don’t nor will ever smoke), leave and never go back.
Just thought it would be an interesting thing to do.

My little brother told me that I was his hero, I was so moved by this that I got a little teary-eyed. I smiled and told him he was my hero too.
I may not have done anything amazingly dramatic, but I helped and made a difference to at least one person, so that must count for something, right?
I don’t get out much and I’m incredibly shy, even on the computer, so I don’t have very many friends. I’m quite amicable and accepting and I love listening to others, I just need to work on my confidence a little bit. I’ve made it my new goal to step outside of my own little world and meet new people. It’s going to be a big step for me, but I’m very determined and exited to get to know others. :]
