I have been seriously ill with a chronic illness for the past 13 years. I am now 26 years old and desperately want to be able to earn some money of my own. I hate having to explain every little purchase to my father and having every cent I spend questioned. I have an associates in business and a good head for numbers and money. It is so frustrating not to be able to work and have to depend on someone who is often much worse with finances then I am. ok rant over. First step is to get strong enough to take a class (only 5 left before I graduate).

I love Philly
Philadelphia is made up of all these small neighborhoods. It is easy to live here and know your neighbors. It is also a major city with all of the cultural advantages. I love the theater, orchestra, art galleries, museums, etc. I also love being able to walk to get anything I need from my house. Their is also the added advantage of being between NYC and Washington DC. Either are an easy day trip if you really need to just get away for a bit and see something a little different.

I love math. I want to share my passion with others and help them over come their math phobias. I also would like to be able to earn a little something to help compensate me for my time and effort.
