I don’t feel like I have lost any weight, but I’m going to keep trying. Today I am starting a new program to help me control my eating habits. I hope it works.

I lifted weights this morning, followed by taebo. After I took a shower my man and I rode ours bikes for a mile. after that I rode for about 5 more. Felt really good. I still have to do laundry. There’s weight loss potential in that, right? lol.
Even with that, I have always felt myself being pulled there. It’s the strangest sensation. I don’t even know anyone who has been there.
