I used to drink horrible crap like coffee, sodas, energy drinks, etc all day but got into the habit of tea when I came down with pneumonia for a while and was forced to. Now I’m addicted and drink 4-7 cups of tea a day, I have tons of tea, white, green, red, herbal, black, etc and know a ton about it. I really recommend everyone to at least try REAL tea (tea leaves, NOT the abomination that is teabags) it’s delicious and the healthiest thing on the planet.

Me and my family went to Whole Foods on Saturday and bought a whole lot of organic food, I’m doing my best to eat only organic and am trying to convince my parents to do the same. My aunt already does. It’s funny how my aunt eats only organic and is older than my uncle, who doesn’t, and looks like 10-15 years younger.
I love organic food, I always thought it was just a clever trick to take your money until I ate an organic orange and couldn’t believe how much better it was. I did some research later and was amazed, if you don’t know about the differences between organic food and genetically modified and chemical sprayed food I really recommend you research it.
Also, some people don’t want to eat organic because it’s pricier, but do you care about saving money or not poisoning your body and destroying your health? It’s not THAT much worse if you shop in the right places too, plus you know when you buy organic you’re helping the farmers AND the Earth. If it’s really that bad on your wallet, just do what the French do, and eat less but better. :P
I’ve pretty much cleaned up and organised my room, the rest of the house is ahead. My room is ridiculously dirty, I find all sorts of bugs/insects there all the time, there’s enough dust bunnies to form an army, and there are newspapers in my closet from many years ago. The hardest part is not to organise but to STAY organised, I understand the first but will probably never succeed with the latter. :/
