Run the London Marathon
Just do it !

London Marathon was my first marathon. I was absolutely amazed by the number of people who had chosen to support the runners despite the poor weather. Besides that people had brought fruit and sweets to give to the runners.
It was a special day and is highly recommended.



Practice Yoga
I'm doing this

A few weeks back I joined a Astanga yoga class. I’ve attended 4 times now and even though I have difficulty bending my body as the instructor I think it’s great.
It definitely gives you more energy.
