swear less
My reasons? 3 years ago

- I deliver the Word of God before a whole congregation every Sunday as a lector/commentator/choir member so my mouth should be a clean vessel for it.. I think that should pretty much make up for the whole issue but then I also consider more things, such as:

- It’s so unbecoming for a REAL woman

- It could only make me sound as if I live in a slum area, raised by ill-bred folks, under-educated to even learn good manners

- Whatever word I speak will reflect my character and my parents who raised me well, sent me to good schools, and who are both servants of the church as well (especially my dad who spent 5 years in the seminary)

But then, of course, we all have different views about this.. and I stand for mine c”,)

write a book
Once upon a time, I lived happily ever after. 3 years ago

So much stories to tell. I guess we all have our own. I’ve always wanted to create books from my own experiences in love, life, friendship, family, et al.. It’s not so easy to get past the first few pages. Maybe someday, I’ll just create a big book about my life and all the lessons I learned, rules I broke, the people I loved, promises I made, places I went to, and everything else. I bet whatever I come up with will turn out to be a big chick lit! Then I’ll pass it on to my (future) daughter, and let her pass it on to her own daughter, until I have shared myself and my legend to the people who will someday regard me as the coolest mom, grammy, and friend that one could ever have.
