So this is my problem; you need to have friends to make friends. I don’t have any close friends so I can’t make any close friends. It makes me want to cry & sometimes I do cry. At 24 yrs of age a person should have at least one friend. I know there’s nothing wrong with me, I’m quite proud of the person I am. I lost touch with most of my school friends as we grew apart, my 2 close uni friends have gone to live abroad and I broke up with my boyfriend of 4yrs. How do you make friends when you’ve got no-one to socialise with in the 1st place? I really miss having someone to talk to.

I’ve started to do 4 sets of 25 crunches, 5 days a week. It’s been 5 weeks so far but no improvement in flatness of stomach I don’t think. Stomach muscles are much stronger though – I can feel them now whilst just standing. Losing a few more pounds might help the situation I reckon.
All my old friends have just slipped away…... and I didn’t even notice this until recently. Many have moved to different parts of the country, one has moved to a different continent entirely :( I only just realised I’m alone in all of this.
It’s so hard to go out and make friends when you’ve no-one to go out and make friends with. It depresses me.
