I’ve been doing different arm exercises with 8 pound weights, fairly consecutively now for over a month. I can see a difference too, which is really encouraging. The other week, I was able to pick up my friend!
I really don’t have any variation though. And I’m nervous to go to the gym.
At the beginning of every semester, I’m always excited to go. I’ll go for an hour or so, then I’m extremely sore for the next two days, and don’t go back for the rest of the semester. It’s hard to find a good medium…
I’m going to try to hit the gym once a week for starters, and ease into it.

I’d have to say it’s not concentrating harder, because for me it’s the exact opposite!

While I’ve heard Yup’ik my whole life, I had no idea that it was so complicated!
I have been using quizlet.com to make flashcards for myself to study all the vocabulary. This is an amazing website, really! Hope it helps the other three people on the site to jumpstart their learning.
