I’ve improved socially since I chose this goal. c: Lots of life changes, therapy, growing up. I still hesitate to initiate things, though, so it wouldn’t hurt to set some finishing goals for myself.
-Successfully host three get-togethers on my own
-Make a stronger effort against my fear of eye contact
-Give a speech to a room of people without shaking, stuttering
-Make it a point to actually give compliments, instead of thinking them
-Reward myself for putting myself out there, starting conversations, etc

I listed “fall in love” as a goal back when I first got an account. Perhaps a year ago, or more. And so I feel the need to update- I did fall in love, it was worth it hundredfold. Even though I’m only friends with him now, I was finally with someone 10 months, and I have never met someone who was so compatible with me. I still love him, actually, even though our relationship is different. “Staying friends” was painful at first, but so worth it in the long run. Because I can still call him up to talk. :3 I’m with someone new, and I don’t know where it’s going yet… We’ll see.
