Finally started the boxing class i used to go to at my gym again.
Just another day i go now and with the added bonus of having to go because the class needs to be booked. Way hey!!
Now just to start Muay Thai and get a mountain bike (mebbe some jogging…) and i’m golden!
I’ve finally found my local Muay Thai gym.
Muay Thai, BJJ and wrestling all at my fingertips. With that selection cage fighting is only a step away.
Now just to get my arse to the place and start training…...
As I said last week. I was going to get out and have some fun at the theme park. (But unfortunately crappy weather foiled the plan)
Not to be out done by mother nature…
This week I got the work guys and girls together and we had a right hoot!
Before i’d have just called it a bad day and let all that fun pass me by…. but no more!!
