I want to learn to be happy daily, to remember to be greatful for all that I have. I want to be a good mother, sister, wife, daughter, and role model. I want to be proud of my accomplishments and not compare myself to others. I want to become more spiritual, and learn to forgive and not hold on to anger and self doubt. I want to see the good in people and not be judgemental. I want to be the best ME, and lead a life of good karma. In the end, I hope to be accepted into Heaven, and have lived the life that was intended for me.

Well, My son who is currently a purple belt in Tae Kwon Do got me to join Hapkido just over a year ago. It is quite an accomplishment that I am still involved. I am over 40, and have overcome a bad back injury, almost severed finger, and the perils of being over 40 and so far have a blue belt! We test in a couple of weeks, it is getting harder and harder, I am doing things that I never thought my body could do, and yet am not doing as well as I would like. I try my best, and it is a great personal goal of mine to go as far as I can. Send good karma my way if you read this, and wish me luck…prayers for not getting hurt are good too!
