I’ve already recommended it to Cyn. Although it’s a children’s book, the story and artwork are beautiful and can be appreciated at any age.

I’ve done really well about grabbing my camera when I find something interesting to photograph. In fact, I keep my camera in my bag with me and take it nearly everywhere I go. Unfortunately, it’s a pretty basic digital, so it’s hard to get nice, artsy shots. Still, it serves it’s purpose and lets me capture beauty in my environment. Though I’m counting this complete, it’ll be an ongoing exercise.
I’ve now started Melville’s classic and am really enjoying it thus far. I have to concentrate when I’m reading it because I find his writing to be quite dense; however, it’s also wonderfully entrancing and draws me into the story. I very much want to go to the beach to be near the ocean right now. :)
