lose 20 pounds and keep it off
What's going on 4 years ago

I purchased an elliptical trainer 2 weeks ago and have used it 30 minutes everyday (with the exception of one) ever since. Four years ago after my daughter was born I decided I was going to lose weight and keep it off. I lost almost 60 pounds. I still had 10 more to go to be at the weight I wanted. Since then I’ve gained back 10. So finally this month I decided I was not going to allow myself to gain any back and that i was actually going to reach my original goal. So far so good even though I haven’t lost any weight yet. But I haven’t lost my motivation, drive, enthusiasm, or excitement yet! I have to remind myself that 20 pounds is not so much when I consider how much I lost before.
