Definitely a worthy thing to do! The best way to mix charity with pleasure! Done the Glade and Leeds festival last year, had loooads of fun, met loads of cool people, saw some really good bands, got into the festivals for free with good perks like private camp site with clean showers and toilets and had £300 donated to charity in my name!
Going to do the big Glasto this year! Might be doing more if my schedule permits.
I know a lot of people have fear of needle but this is definitely worth doing. It only takes a couple of minutes and you get free food (We don’t get paid in England :p)! LOL!
Also, its meant to be good for your body as well. Taking a small amount of blood out of your body occasionally encourages your cells to replace it with healthier fresher blood! Been giving blood for almost 5 years now and it doing more good than harm!
