Here’s what I did to lose the weight:

Go to the gym once a day for atleast an hour. Take the classes – it’s easier to work hard if everyone around you is too.

Stopped eating after 7 pm.

No sodas.

Started eating smaller “snack” meals every two to three hours. Still have a decent dinner but have it at 6:30 instead of 8:30!

HGTV's Fun Shui host did my apartment! 17 months ago

I am so grateful that Stephanie McWilliams from HGTV’s Fun Shui came and feng shuied my entire apartment. It’s an amazing space now and I can already tell a difference in my energy and my spirits.
