How I did it: On a lazy sunday afternoon while watching Grey's Anatomy, I took all of my clothes out of the closet and separated them into 3 piles: 1. I love this, I'm keeping it.2. How I did it: The first thing I did was make a list of absolutely everything I ate during a week. I was surprised to see that I snaked a lot while cooking; I realised that I had eaten 3 cookies before even sitting down to have my meal.A friend of mine lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks just by cutting down on carbs.
