take a road trip

My high school friends and I have always wanted to take a road trip!

The goal is to take it this summer when we are all back from college!

When we are all back for winter break we will discuss it and start planning it all out. We will decide on where we want to go and figure out hotels and places we can stay. We will also decide whose car is the most practical to take and the most safe. Then we will figure out the money side of it and about how much it will cost each of us. That way in the time from winter brea to the summer we can make sure we save enough money for it. Before we all go back to school we should book reservations and figure out all those details so when we come back for summer everything is already all planned out and we’ll be able to take our road trip!

I have a problem with saving my papers until the last minute. When I do this, I never have enough time to do a good editing job on my papers.

I do usually take my papers to the writing center so they can help me edit it, but it is usually the day before it’s due so I can only make minor changes.

My goal is to try writing a detailed outline for papers at least a week and a half before they’re due, that way I can begin actually writing them a week before it is due and then have plenty of time to edit and change my paper.

This will really help in my writing and in my grades for classes overall!

This goal is very important to me!

By staying healthy I am referring to not only eating healthy, but also making an exercise plan trying not to get to stressed and not too much excessive partying.

For eating healthy, I will try to get at least one fruit or vegetable with every meal. I also need to cut down on all of the soda I drink. I also need to replace my sugar craving of cookies and candy to some yummy fruit or something instead.

For exercising, I would like to try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week for a minimum of a solid hour each.

To avoid being too stressed, I need o manage my time and try not to procrastinate as much. Another way for me to de-stress is to save time for fun and friends. I need to remember to take study breaks so my head doesn’t explode!

As for partying I just need to think about all of my work to decide if it is worth it to go out. Also I don’t need to drink before every party I go to. I can have sober fun!

These will all help in my overall health and happiness!
