The Water Cure 14 months ago

There is a great website at www.watercure2.com. I found out I’m not drinking nearly enough. According to the info on the site, you are supposed to take your weight, divide it in half, and drink that many ounces in water with a pinch of salt. Example: if you weigh 120 lbs, you need to drink 60 ounces of water a day or you are probably dehydrated. Dehydration begins a chain reaction that leads to a whole host of health problems, so water is nearly free preventative health care. The catch: you have to actually drink it for it to work!!

And I have been a slacker when it comes to doing that …
